Welcome to XLScheduler - Workforce Management System

XLScheduler is a powerful scheduling system designed to make scheduling easy and fast while at the same time giving the user full control in both details and overview. The program uses graphical presentation and diagrams to a large extent to make complex planning situations easy to understand.
The program was originally developed for call center businesses, but can now also be used by other types of businesses. The system uses historic data from a telephone switch or other system to make a target forecast. The target forecast makes a prediction of how many employees have to be scheduled at every hour of the day to meet the target.
There are two different versions of the program a Full and a Light version. In the full version the program can create a schedule based on the target forecast, the availability of the employees and what their agreements are. In this version the program automatically optimizes the schedule to give the user the best possible schedule given the settings. The light version does not include the automatic planning, so the users manually create their own schedules to try and meet the target as well as possible.
