“I could probably write pages of praise about your product, but I will do my best to briefly summarize what has benefited my company most.
Before we had XLScheduler my manager would spend over 20 hours a week (mostly from home) building our schedule. She did an excellent job, but in reality it was just a guess of how many Agents we needed at different times during the day. Additionally, very often she would accidentally schedule Agents on days off or work an Agent late one evening and have her coming in the next morning with just a few hours of rest.
With XLScheduler we build a perfect schedule in about 2 hours. The program prevents us from scheduling Agents on days off and also ensures proper rest times.
