We have a long experience in supporting and installing WFM solutions for customers outside Sweden. We now have over 80 installations in North America. This process has fine tuned every single part of our WFM software so that it is as easy as possible to install and learn. We focus heavily on creating a program that graphically shows you what you are doing, since we believe that you as a user should be in control.

Our system has an optimization routine that automatically suggests the best possible schedule based on your target, your agents’ skills, availability and shift and break restrictions. It does all the hard work of calculating hours, optimizing shifts etc, and instead leaves you with time to do more productive things.
