Personnel and agreements
The personnel module contains information about every employee, such as employment id, office, team, work task and employment agreement.
Individual adjustments and requests It is possible to make individual settings for each employee, such as:
- Number of shifts per week
- Min and max length of shift
- Availability schemes where you can set certain days as unavailable time
- Preffered working hours
- Cyclic schedule (partly or completely)
- Number of shifts per day (e.g. one or two)
- Requests on time off and vacation
- Connection to train schedules for commuters
Skills
All skills required to perform the tasks of the contact center can be listed in a skills matrix. The employees are listed with all available skills. Skills can be prioritized so that employees with higher priority of a certain skill will be scheduled before employees with a lower priority. The skills can be set with certain time restrictions so that some employees will have more of a certain task than others.
