XLScheduler has a project module that allows for planning of projects for outbound calls. The projects are built up by entering data on the number of calls to be made, the time period when they are to be made, and preferences on which days of the week and which ours of the day the calls should be made.

The project is then connected to the part of the organization that will perform the project. Available shifts can be posed at the web interface, and agents can logon and make wishes on working certain shifts.

XLScheduler will schedule the project according to the set requirements and will provide shifts to skilled and available personnel.
