Market entry Germany

XLScheduler had a very successful exhibition at the CallCenterWorld in Berlin. This was the first exhibit for XLScheduler in the German market. "It became very clear to us that there was a huge market waiting for us in Germany", says Emma Skygebjerg, Sales Manager, XLScheduler. "We have a very suitable product for the small and medium sized contact centers in Germany, ranging from 15 agents up to 500 agents, and there are a large number of contact centers just within this target range. We are now launching our Workforce Management system in German language and we are in discussion with several potential customers in Germany as well as a few local resellers."
